The Declaration of Parental and Family Rights is drawn by a law firm, and is consistent with the Education Act and with Family Law. It is recommended that every parent takes the time to read and understand his/her rights as a family. Once this document is submitted to schools, you and your child's rights will be protected. Note: It goes into the students' permenant records and it is valid as long as the student is in school or until revoked.
